Refund Policy Overview
Game Servers/Shared Hosting plans are refundable within 2 days of purchase, subject to our refund conditions. VPS Services: Non-Refundable.
Game Servers/Shared Hosting Refund Criteria
• Within 2 Days: Eligible for a full refund, with services terminated immediately upon approval.
• After 2 Days: Refunds are not available after 2 days of purchase. Services will remain active until the end of the billing period.
Eligibility & User Obligations
• Refunds are only issued if MgCloud fails to meet the commitments made at the time of purchase. All other refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of MgCloud management.
• Note: Transactions under ₹150 are eligible for MgCloud Billing Panel credits only and are not eligible for cash refunds.
Refund Methods and Associated Charges
• MgCloud Billing Panel Credits: Approved refunds will be credited to your MgCloud Billing Panel account and can be used for future purchases.
• Original Payment Method: Refunds processed within 2 days of payment are subject to a transaction fee of 2% or ₹30, whichever is higher.
